Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree & graduating December 2026 or later
- Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology including, but not limited to, Java, C++, C#, or Python
- Preferred studies in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Familiar with basic networking, operating systems, and cybersecurity concepts
- Eager to learn about large-scale enterprise security environments and contribute to real-world problem solving
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing network and cloud-based security systems and tools
- Support troubleshooting efforts related to configurations on platforms such as firewalls, proxies, DDoS protection systems, and endpoint security solutions
- Learn to follow and improve operational playbooks and runbooks for responding to security incidents
- Track and document incident response actions while maintaining high-quality and accurate records
- Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to ensure incident handling aligns with internal service level targets
- Gain exposure to cybersecurity operations workflows, standards, and best practices
- Pursue new technical knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and mentorship from senior analysts
