Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree & graduating December 2026 or later
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language or technology including, but not limited to, Java, C++, C#, or Python
  • Preferred studies in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or a related field
  • Familiar with basic networking, operating systems, and cybersecurity concepts
  • Eager to learn about large-scale enterprise security environments and contribute to real-world problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing network and cloud-based security systems and tools
  • Support troubleshooting efforts related to configurations on platforms such as firewalls, proxies, DDoS protection systems, and endpoint security solutions
  • Learn to follow and improve operational playbooks and runbooks for responding to security incidents
  • Track and document incident response actions while maintaining high-quality and accurate records
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to ensure incident handling aligns with internal service level targets
  • Gain exposure to cybersecurity operations workflows, standards, and best practices
  • Pursue new technical knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and mentorship from senior analysts
