Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required, along with 5-10 years of experience in a security-related role, including issue and exception management, risk assessment, and compliance. Strong technical knowledge of security concepts, risk management, and compliance is necessary. Relevant certifications are also required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain risk controls and mitigation strategies, create and update risk management documentation and policies, and collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and address security risks. Monitor and report on risk metrics and KPIs, conduct comprehensive risk assessments to evaluate, rate, and prioritize risks, and triage, process, and resolve security issues and exception requests. Generate detailed reports and dashboards to identify risk exposure, analyze data to identify root causes and trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve identified issues. Lead investigations, communicate technical risks and findings to non-technical stakeholders, identify opportunities to streamline and optimize risk assessments and automate manual processes, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Create risk assessment processes and functionality in the GRC tool, perform security risk assessments and reporting for senior leadership, and drive common approaches to risk analysis and rating across security teams and the business. Resolve issues and exceptions in a timely manner, identify and mitigate high-priority risks, and proactively identify areas for improvement within Cyber GRC, leading remediation efforts. Develop and provide training and communications to stakeholders on risk and control processes.
