Requirements

  • At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Campaign
  • Must have experience with EMR (Electronic Medical Records)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Ability to adapt to evolving workflows and systems
  • Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working night shift

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the patient intake process, including referrals, registration, and initial appointments
  • Manage scheduling for patients and clinical staff to optimize efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, and ensure financial documentation is complete and accurate
  • Maintain and update patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Serve as the main administrative contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on next steps
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care and timely service delivery
  • Monitor patient progress through the care process and assist with follow-up coordination as needed
  • Support compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards in all patient interactions and recordkeeping
