Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automations that enhance efficiency, visibility, and data accuracy across the DevRev Grow platform
  • Ensure the enrichment of accounts and user profiles with relevant and updated information to support Customer Success initiatives
  • Keep key account and user fields clean, complete, and up to date, maintaining a single source of truth in the system
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and improve platform performance and workflows using AI and automation tools
  • Design and experiment with agentic solutions to streamline repetitive processes and support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with the CX Operations team to ensure all automations are aligned with business goals and customer success metrics
