Requirements

Responsibilities

Build and maintain automations that enhance efficiency, visibility, and data accuracy across the DevRev Grow platform
Ensure the enrichment of accounts and user profiles with relevant and updated information to support Customer Success initiatives
Keep key account and user fields clean, complete, and up to date, maintaining a single source of truth in the system
Identify opportunities to optimize and improve platform performance and workflows using AI and automation tools
Design and experiment with agentic solutions to streamline repetitive processes and support data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with the CX Operations team to ensure all automations are aligned with business goals and customer success metrics
