Responsibilities

Assist in copying and migrating existing documents and workflows into Salesforce templates for Project KB articles
Help organize scattered information, resources, and processes into a structured format within Salesforce
Support the development of standardized templates to streamline future documentation and workflow processes
Work closely with team members to gather necessary information and ensure accurate representation of existing workflows
Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated documents and workflows
Provide feedback on the usability of the new templates and suggest improvements based on their experience
Assist in training sessions for team members on how to use the new Salesforce templates effectively
