Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Annahme und Beantwortung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen zu allen Kundenkontakten im Customer Operations Bereich
  • Telefonischer Kundensupport in den Bereichen Vertragsangebote, Vertragswesen und Auftragserfassung
  • Annahme und Beantwortung von Reklamationen aus den genannten Bereichen
  • Empathisch und zielführend beantworten von Kundenanfragen am Telefon und per E-Mail
  • Gewissenhaftes Abwickeln allgemeiner Kundenkontakte mit Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Bearbeiten allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten
  • Gemeinsam mit Experten aus Customer Operations Fachbereichen Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit entwickeln und umsetzen
  • Beantworten von Kundenanliegen nach festen und strukturierten Vorgaben
