Annahme und Beantwortung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen zu allen Kundenkontakten im Customer Operations Bereich
Telefonischer Kundensupport in den Bereichen Vertragsangebote, Vertragswesen und Auftragserfassung
Annahme und Beantwortung von Reklamationen aus den genannten Bereichen
Empathisch und zielführend beantworten von Kundenanfragen am Telefon und per E-Mail
Gewissenhaftes Abwickeln allgemeiner Kundenkontakte mit Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit
Bearbeiten allgemeiner administrativer Tätigkeiten
Gemeinsam mit Experten aus Customer Operations Fachbereichen Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit entwickeln und umsetzen
Beantworten von Kundenanliegen nach festen und strukturierten Vorgaben
