Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months BPO experience
  • Healthcare experience is a PLUS, not required
  • Must be proficient in using Adobe Acrobat and PDF to process documents
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications such as MS Word and Excel is advantageous
  • Capable of adapting to a fast-paced training environment
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
  • Amenable to working night shifts

Responsibilities

  • Review providers notes
  • Send reminders email via e-mail and SMS
  • Maintain accurate records on providers interactions, transaction, feedback, etc
  • Making outbound calls to insurance company to follow-up on client status
