Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly when interacting with loan customers, are essential, along with prior experience operating in Australia or other western countries being preferred.
The Customer Service Loan Officer will prepare customer loan documents for execution via DocuSign, prepare payment files for approval, prepare customer Welcome Letters, prepare and issue customer fee invoices, process customer loan variation requests, create new customers ensuring proper loan configuration and document uploads, process transactions requiring manual intervention, update customer profiles, manage wholesale customer updates, and perform other duties as required to support the company's objectives.
