Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Operations, Technical Support, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the Banking or Financial Services sector
  • English: C1 proficiency (Advanced/Proficient)
  • Demonstrated experience in Fraud Investigations (P3 Level): systematically and effectively conducting inquiries and examinations to uncover, analyze, and mitigate fraudulent activities
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve complex customer queries, escalations, and complaints, providing efficient resolutions
  • Excellent analytical skills to analyze data and information during investigations and reach accurate conclusions
  • Ability to solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Comfortable with interactions limited to own team and direct supervisor
  • Ability to follow detailed to moderate instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
  • Availability to work rotational shifts in San Jose

Responsibilities

  • Solve routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
  • Conduct fraud investigations at P3 level, including inquiries, examinations, analysis, and mitigation of fraudulent activities
  • Manage and resolve complex customer queries, escalations, and complaints efficiently
  • Analyze data and information during the investigation process to reach accurate conclusions
  • Perform as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, focused scope of work
  • Make decisions that impact own work, following provided instructions
