The Customer Experience Associate will manage incoming and outbound customer contacts, identify and assess customer needs, resolve product or service problems, maintain customer records, recommend potential products or services, prepare reports, contribute to team efforts, handle changes, engage customers, and execute related tasks to ensure proper customer service delivery, while also working with their line manager and respective functions.
