Responsibilities

  • Use the platform to track orders in real-time and implement corrective actions when exceptions occur
  • Develop rapport with customers to understand their unique needs and become their trusted partner
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure account processes and SOPs are documented, followed, and continuously improved
  • Identify and utilize tools and resources that enhance efficiency and streamline workflows
  • Offer creative solutions and alternatives to keep shipments moving and customers satisfied
