Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in React.js
Proficiency in React.js (Must Have)
Experience with Node.js (Good to Have)
Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management
Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
Good Web Development Experience, Hands-on with JavaScript Frameworks/libraries like ReactJS, Redux, Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DOM Concepts, RESTFUL APIs
Good understanding of framework lifecycle, events, JavaScript Object modeling, reusable libraries, DOM manipulation concepts
Knowledge of testing frameworks, code quality tools and DevOps setup
Knowledgeable on Core concepts of NodeJS, experienced with using front-end development tools Babel, WebPack, NVM, YARN
15 years full time education
Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization

Logical problem-solving skills and ability to identify solutions based on written procedures, guidelines and process

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
Work with UI team
Develop applications
Ensure applications are optimized for performance and user experience
Engage in problem-solving activities
Contribute to the overall success of projects, ensuring applications align with business goals and user needs
Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
