Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Node.js
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript
Good understanding of Express.js, NestJS, or similar Node.js frameworks
Experience in building and consuming REST APIs and backend microservices
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest, Chai)
Proficiency in Git, version control, and Agile methodologies
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP)
Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architectures

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain backend services and microservices using Node.js
Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end, mobile, and third-party systems
Design and implement reusable modules, libraries, and backend components
Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other NoSQL/SQL systems
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve system reliability
Develop backend logic using JavaScript or TypeScript following best coding practices
Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and solution design
Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, Cloud, Architecture, and Product
