Requirements

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong hands-on skills in Salesforce development: Apex, Triggers, Integrations, Sync-Async processes, Flows, LWC
Experience working on multiple Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience
Familiarity and experience with DevOps tools like Copado, AutoRABIT, or Azure DevOps
Strong understanding of web development principles, best practices, JavaScript frameworks, and libraries
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and limitations
15 years full-time education
Good to have: Experience in Financial Services domain
Good to have: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure Salesforce systems end-to-end or for specific business requirements
Perform independently as a technically strong Salesforce Developer and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Understand requirements, conduct technical analysis, and design solutions to meet business needs
Work on assigned individual work items and perform peer reviews for team members
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Assist in documenting application processes and workflows
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies
Mentor new joiners on technical and business areas to ensure productivity
Create and maintain best practices for Salesforce and LWC development
Collaborate with teams to understand project needs and develop innovative solutions aligned with business objectives
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
