Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
  • Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
  • Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications as primary point of contact
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Oversee the development process and ensure applications meet specified needs
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to team members
  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Actively participate/contribute in team discussions
  • Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
  • Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency
