Genesys Contact Center QM (Must Have for Custom Software Engineer role)
Strong understanding of application development methodologies
Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management
Familiarity with integration techniques for various software applications
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Skills (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications as primary point of contact
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
Oversee the development process and ensure applications meet specified needs
Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to team members
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate/contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency
