Responsibilities

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project goals are met
Facilitate discussions to address challenges and guide the team through development
Engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational objectives
Ensure all stakeholders are informed and involved in key decisions
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs
