Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop innovative solutions
Ensure applications are optimized for performance and usability
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve application performance and development efficiency
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
