Requirements

15 years full-time education
Must-have skill: SAP UI5 Development
Expertise in UX design and SAP Fiori architecture
Experience in managing UI5 development lifecycle
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
Technical skills: SAPUI5, XML views, controllers, fragments; OData services, CDS annotations, Fiori Elements; Smart Controls, Overview Pages (OVP), List Reports; SAP Business Application Studio, Eclipse ADT; Naming conventions and modularization best practices
Supported recovering, stabilizing, and realigning projects facing significant delivery challenges, including end-to-end delivery recovery efforts (issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, execution of turnaround plans)
Experienced in delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies, ensuring adherence to sprint cycles, milestones, and process standards
PMO support for monitoring and enhancing Delivery Experience (DEX), driving reductions in Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and improving delivery quality through measurable KPIs
Gathered metrics and prepared reports for Steering Committees, weekly executive connects, and status reviews
Tracked and analyzed key schedule, quality, and financial metrics (e.g., SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, budget compliance); identified cost leakages and led commercial resets and Estimate at Completion (EAC) recovery initiatives
Tracked delivery risks and implemented preventive or corrective actions; ensured compliance with internal audits, InfoSec requirements, and quality gates
Provided hands-on support to address complex technical and project-level challenges across teams
Drove excellence through agile methodologies, quality frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives
Hands-on experience in at least one major enterprise platform (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, or other supply chain platforms)
Experience in Agile and SI delivery principles with focus on transformation excellence, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction

Responsibilities

Lead development of SAP Fiori apps using smart templates and annotations
Ensure compliance with SAP Fiori design principles and UI5 coding standards
Extend standard Fiori apps using adaptation projects and key user extensibility
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate OData services and CDS views
Conduct performance tuning and accessibility testing
Manage day-to-day execution, sprint coordination, issue tracking, and team-level quality management, team coaching
Create MPP/MSPS plans and track schedules
