Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience (minimum 5 years in SAP FI S/4HANA)
Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance
Strong knowledge in SAP FI-MM integration
Strong knowledge in Automatic payment program
Strong knowledge in interfaces (AL11, Idocs, XML)
Strong knowledge in MM (preferred)
Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting
Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
Experience with application design and configuration
Experience with integration of SAP modules and third-party applications
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Familiarity with project management methodologies
Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and data analysis techniques
Ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
15 years full-time education
Willingness to learn, positive attitude, conflict resolution
Willingness to work in shift rotation 24/7 and handle on-call support

Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure application requirements are met
Oversee the development process and provide guidance to team members
Engage in problem-solving activities to align applications with business objectives and user needs
Maintain focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
Analyse and design new business processes to create documentation that guides implementation of new processes and technologies
Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements
Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs
Lead the team, manage incidents and change requests, ensure timely issue resolution, and provide guidance to team members
