Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience (with additional note of minimum 10 years in Oracle Primavera Unifier and Oracle Primavera EPPM suite)
Must have: Strong experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier, including leading Unifier Implementation teams and resolving complex technical problems
Must have: Experience in software product development, project management, and team leadership
Good to have: Experience leading Primavera EPPM implementation
Good to have: Domain knowledge in Oil & Gas, Utilities industry
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing software development projects
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
15 years full-time education (e.g., in software engineering, computer science, or related field)
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software assets

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop, and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external (customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost, and delivery schedules
Create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth, and innovation
Support the sales process by participating in solution design, estimation, and risk assessment in solution delivery
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software assets that meet or exceed customer expectations
Mentor junior team members and shape their careers as a people manager
Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle
Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity
