Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact, collaborating with teams to meet project milestones
Facilitate discussions to address challenges and guide the team through development
Engage in strategic planning to align project goals with organizational objectives
Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the application development lifecycle
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
