Requirements

Must have: Multiplatform Front End Development, React
Strong experience in web development
Hands-on expertise with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as ReactJS, Redux, advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS, DOM concepts, and RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of framework lifecycle, events, JavaScript object modeling, reusable libraries, and DOM manipulation
Familiarity with testing frameworks, code quality tools, and DevOps practices
Knowledge of NodeJS core concepts and experience with front-end build tools like Babel, WebPack, NPM, YARN
Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and unit testing using Jest
Experience leading a team of 4–6 developers
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders across organizational levels
Excellent active listening, multitasking, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Logical problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions based on established procedures and guidelines
Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable for deliverables
Hands-on experience in incident and problem management within multi-supplier environments
Results-driven, service-oriented, and adept at working with cross-functional teams
Ability to design architecture and propose solutions, including tech stack identification
Experience in RFP estimations is desirable
Good to have:
GraphQL
Exposure to GraphQL, VueJS, Grunt, and Gulp
Familiarity with Commerce Tools, Algolia, Hybris, Talon-One
Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as Amazon Q, Copilot, etc

Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in frontend development
Collaborate directly with key business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, evaluate alternatives, and provide innovative, out-of-the-box approaches
Develop, test, and deploy business requirements following industry’s best practices. Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and guide team members in resolving technical challenges
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
Develop user-friendly interfaces
Ensure applications are optimized for performance and usability
Engage in problem-solving activities to address technical challenges during development
