Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
Analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project execution and address development challenges
Perform maintenance and enhancements to existing applications to meet evolving user and stakeholder needs
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AI solutions
Collaborate and manage the team
Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes for efficiency
