Responsibilities

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Design, build, and configure applications as primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to meet project goals, facilitate discussions, address challenges, and guide development
Oversee implementation of solutions to align with organizational objectives and foster innovation and efficiency
