Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language)
15 years full time education
Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and API development
Strong experience in machine learning or GenAI (TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or OpenAI APIs)
Ability to train, fine-tune, and integrate AI models into production systems
Strong understanding of application development frameworks and methodologies
Experience with database management and integration techniques
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Experience with data processing frameworks (Pandas, NumPy, or Spark) (good to have)
Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks for service orchestration (good to have)
Experience in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud deployment (SAP BTP, GCP, AWS) (good to have)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows (good to have)
Analytical problem-solving mindset with a passion for applied AI
Continuous learner with curiosity for new frameworks and GenAI advancements
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, outcome-driven approach

Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Collaborate with team members to understand project needs and develop innovative solutions
Ensure applications are aligned with business objectives
Engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to project success
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate, and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features
Manage team's performance and decisions effectively
