Responsibilities

Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements

Participate in discussions, design reviews, and provide feedback to enhance application functionality and user experience
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate design concepts
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application design
