Responsibilities

Engage in problem-solving and decision-making to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the software development process

Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions

Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance
