Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure applications meet specifications and standards
Engage in problem-solving activities and provide innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience
Oversee the development process to meet project timelines while maintaining high-quality standards
Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
