  • Minimum 12 year(s) of experience (10+ years specifically with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, especially in change management, configuration management, or related modules)
  • 15 years full time education (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field)
  • Must have skills: Siemens Teamcenter
  • In-depth knowledge of Teamcenter Change Management (change objects like change requests, change notices, problem reports; workflows; best practices for managing engineering changes)
  • Experience with Teamcenter process configuration (mapping and optimizing business processes using workflow and change management capabilities; able to configure and guide process improvements)
  • Familiarity with Teamcenter modules (how change management integrates with BOM management, document management, requirements management)
  • Ability to translate business needs into Teamcenter-supported solutions, especially for change and configuration management
  • Understanding of Teamcenter best practices (industry-standard change management models like CMII; closed-loop change processes)
  • Stakeholder engagement skills (work with engineering, IT, and business teams to define and improve change management processes)
  • Process improvement experience (facilitating workshops, mapping current and future state processes, driving adoption of Teamcenter-based solutions)
  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  • Deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
  • Engage in the development and configuration of software systems, managing the entire process or specific stages of the product lifecycle
  • Apply extensive knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects
  • Ensure software solutions meet required standards and specifications
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform
  • Responsible for team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skill development
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery
