Requirements

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience (7+ Years of E2E Implementation experience in SAP S4 HANA HCM Personnel Administration module preferred)
4+ years of consulting experience in Middle East OR India based SAP Projects with Oil and Gas Industry flavour
In-depth understanding and extensive hands-on experience in implementing SAP S4HANA Human Capital Management - Personnel Administration
Basic knowledge on Self Services Functionality (Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and HR Admin Services)
Basic knowledge on HR/HCM Workflow functionality
Good experience and in-depth understanding of existing Business Processes (localization, customizations, and integrations) of SAP HCM Personnel Administration
Experience driving design workshops with Business Process Owners as per best practices
Experience reviewing key deliverables or work products as part of quality assurance in context of industry standards
Experience assisting in managing functional and integration testing, including coordination across modules and third parties
Familiarity with Integration points with other SAP modules and SuccessFactors and Workday
15 years full time education
Strong English communication and writing skills

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP HCM Personnel Administration solutions to meet business objectives and enhance asset management processes
Act as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM Personnel Administration, providing guidance and innovative solutions to address complex business challenges
Analyse the organization’s business model and processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP Personnel Administration Skill
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and validate proposed solutions
Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, system requirements, and solution designs
Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation in asset management
Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding, communication, and alignment across teams
Support the implementation of SAP HCM Personnel Administration solutions by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to challenges that apply across various teams
Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards
Analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients
Engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks to ensure applications function optimally and meet client requirements
