Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in RTL Design
15 years full-time education
Proficiency in RTL Design
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
Experience with hardware description languages such as VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog
Familiarity with simulation and verification tools
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize RTL designs for performance and efficiency
Prior experience with protocols like AXI/PCI/NOCs/PCIe (good to have: Encryption algorithms)

Responsibilities

Own specification, micro-architecture, and RTL implementation of digital IP/SoC subsystems
Write synthesizable RTL code (SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL) and ensure design quality through lint, CDC, and synthesis checks
Collaborate with architects to understand design requirements and translate them into efficient micro-architectures
Drive block-level and subsystem-level integration into SoC
Work with verification teams to review test plans, support debug, and close coverage
Perform timing analysis and design optimization to meet performance, power, and area goals
Contribute to design reviews, coding guidelines, and best practices
Collaborate with Verification team, PD team, and DFT team
Perform design optimization (UPF/VCLP/LEC/ECOs)
Act as SME, collaborate and manage the team
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
