Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance (Must To Have skill)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
Experience in stakeholder management and communication

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience

Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements
Guide the development team in implementing solutions
Ensure that the applications meet the desired specifications and quality standards
Oversee project timelines and deliverables
Facilitate communication between teams
Address any challenges that arise during the development process
Ensure that the applications align with business objectives and user needs
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency
Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development
