Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience (ideally 7–12 years in project management and DevOps)
15 years full-time education
Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience supporting recovering, stabilizing, and realigning troubled projects (issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, execution of turnaround plans)
Experience in delivery governance frameworks (TDLC, Agile, SAFe methodologies)
PMO support for monitoring Delivery Experience (DEX), reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), improving KPIs
Experience gathering metrics and preparing reports for Steering Committees, executive connects, status reviews
Tracking and analyzing schedule, quality, financial metrics (SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, budget compliance)
Identifying cost leakages, leading commercial resets, Estimate at Completion (EAC) recovery
Tracking delivery risks, implementing preventive/corrective actions, ensuring compliance with audits, InfoSec, quality gates
Hands-on experience addressing complex technical and project-level challenges
Driving excellence through agile methodologies, quality frameworks, continuous improvement
Hands-on experience in at least one major enterprise platform (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, or other supply chain platforms)
Experience in Agile and SI delivery principles, transformation excellence, governance, stakeholder satisfaction
Managing day-to-day execution, sprint coordination, issue tracking, team-level quality management, team coaching
Creating MPP/MSPS plans, tracking schedule, cost, quality, effort variance, rework costs, non-compliance

Responsibilities

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments
Drive automation for infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevSecOps practices
Monitor pipeline performance and implement optimizations
Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions
Ensure compliance with security standards in deployment workflows
Lead design, implementation, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Ensure secure, scalable, automated delivery processes using cloud and container technologies
Assess current state of troubled projects, define recovery solutions, execute recovery plans
Provide hands-on problem solving to stabilize delivery performance
