Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS)

Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) (Must To Have)
Strong understanding of application design and architecture principles

Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact, collaborating with teams, facilitating discussions, addressing challenges, and guiding the team
Maintain communication with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure applications meet specifications and quality standards
