  • Knowledge of cleaning tasks including wearing personal protective equipment, emptying waste receptacles/recycle bins, dusting, sweeping, wet mopping, stripping/waxing floors, cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms/showers, vacuuming/spot-cleaning carpets, cleaning electronic devices (e.g., microwaves), windows, air conditioner ducts, and ceiling tiles
  • Ability to identify and react to additional cleaning needs
  • Ability to assist in facility support (e.g., setting up rooms for events, minor maintenance/repairs, collecting/transporting recyclables, disassembling/cleaning drug dispensers, reporting issues like roof leaks/power outages)
  • Ability to complete work assignments/priorities using policies, data, resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, business partners; identify priorities/deadlines/expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress; recommend improvements; adapt to change, difficulties, feedback
  • Compliance with company policies, procedures, ethics/integrity standards (e.g., implementing action plans, using Open Door Policy)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clean and sanitary facilities (e.g., offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) by performing cleaning tasks per safety procedures and regulations
  • Assist in facility support including setting up rooms for special events, minor maintenance/repairs, collecting/transporting recyclables, disassembling/cleaning drug dispensers, reporting facility issues to management
  • Complete work assignments and priorities through collaboration, communication, task execution, and adaptation
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics/integrity
