Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day actions of cultivation staff teams and cultivation processes in mother room, propagation, and vegetative departments
  • Serve as role-model and resource for cultivation staff on products, services, policies, procedures, industry news, and regulations
  • Delegate tasks to gardeners daily based on the garden calendar
  • Coordinate with Cultivation Manager to communicate accurate information to staff
  • Oversee cultivation tasks and processes, ensuring proper documentation per state and Cresco Labs standards
  • Execute cultivation calendar as planned by Cultivation Manager and Facility Director
  • Ensure plant health through pruning, topping, trimming, health analysis per company policy, and other required tasks
  • Coordinate pest management with IPM team to ensure disease-free plants entering flower houses
  • Relay plant health, scheduling, and staff information to Cultivation Manager timely
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records for cultivation activities, including employee, inventory, crop application, and harvest data
  • Monitor and adjust employee hours and schedules as directed by Cultivation Manager and Facility Director
