Passion for cannabis and plant science, backed by hands-on experience growing, harvesting, or breeding (professional or serious personal projects)
Flexibility to work across both North and Central Phoenix facilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment while fostering a positive and professional atmosphere
Sharp attention to detail for ensuring quality and consistency
Reliability and detail-oriented with strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills
Solid math and measurement skills, including ability to operate a scale
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Responsibilities

Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning
Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions
Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove non-compliant plants
Assist with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, removing flowering tops, weighing products, and recording inventory
Support curing by hanging and dry-racking flowers, monitoring climate, labeling, weighing, and entering data
Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems; stock supplies and sanitize areas/tools
Assist during high-demand periods with product preparation and packaging, including premium extraction items
Follow state regulations and security procedures, including accurate labeling and inventory entry
