Requirements

  • Passion for cannabis and plant science, backed by hands-on experience growing, harvesting, or breeding (professional or serious personal projects)
  • Flexibility to work across both North and Central Phoenix facilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment while fostering a positive and professional atmosphere
  • Sharp attention to detail for ensuring quality and consistency
  • Reliability and detail-oriented with strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills
  • Solid math and measurement skills, including ability to operate a scale
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning
  • Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions
  • Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and remove non-compliant plants
  • Assist with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, removing flowering tops, weighing products, and recording inventory
  • Support curing by hanging and dry-racking flowers, monitoring climate, labeling, weighing, and entering data
  • Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems; stock supplies and sanitize areas/tools
  • Assist during high-demand periods with product preparation and packaging, including premium extraction items
  • Follow state regulations and security procedures, including accurate labeling and inventory entry
