Requirements

  • A suitably qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography/Medical Radiation science
  • Demonstrated clinical scanning proficiency on current products/platforms
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant CT clinical/technical experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and clinical support during the sales process of CT
  • Provide application support to sales teams and assist in creation of selling tools
  • Demonstrate the full range of product features, including potential application, product capabilities and benefits to customers
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use
  • Monitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
  • Manage clinical handover and complete installations check off with the customer
  • Provide a plan for follow-up and additional installation training, as needed
  • Manage and improve clinical customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer
  • Collate and contribute to the image library for tenders, demonstrations, and customer presentations
  • Provide clinical, technical, and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experience
  • Work with Sales & Product Leaders to align applications activities with sales & customer needs, to meet business objectives
  • Produce well-written post-demo/training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs
  • Share product enhancement ideas with the local channels to inform the make centre via CSO process
  • Raise product CSO from the field with urgency, provide feedback to SVC/Product teams to expedite fix
  • Follow customer CSO to fix, communicating with the customer, collaborating with AM, PSS, SVC teams throughout a case
  • Communicate with local Applications Specialists and Account Managers to ensure all customer and business needs are met
  • Energize team and maintain adherence of field processes
  • Keep abreast and report on competitor information
  • Collect, analyse, and communicate appropriate customer training, and competitive information
  • Provide a full education and training programme for customers, CA/dealers, and internal GE personnel
  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training
  • Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices
  • Report constructive feedback to wider team on new product introductions
  • Work closely with modality/clinical/applications leader and Segment Lead to drive the business
  • Work with Modality/Segment/Clinical lead and Applications lead in developing clinical education offerings to the ANZ market
  • Collaborate with the broader AKA applications leaders in developing regionalised education programs
