Requirements

Candidates must have 2+ years of operations and/or business analyst experience, thrive in a dynamic work environment, and be able to manage competing priorities. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as are excellent problem-solving skills with a strong desire to learn and grow. Proven ability to work independently to achieve results and previous experience with generalized analytics tools, including dashboard and report building, are required. Familiarity with Tableau, Jira, Confluence, and Loopio is a strong plus. This role is specifically for active duty service members enrolled in or seeking a Skillbridge internship.

Responsibilities

The CSG Operations Analyst will partner with CSG leaders to support daily business operations and collaborate with Business Systems teams to facilitate system enhancement requests. They will gather reporting requirements to inform analytics needs, track and report on team KPIs and success metrics, and ensure data quality and integrity of internal systems. Responsibilities include building and maintaining Salesforce dashboards, reports, performing ad-hoc data analysis, providing content management, process documentation, and communications support. The analyst will also serve as a resource for internal CSG end-users regarding systems and reporting questions, provide ad-hoc project management support, and develop productive relationships with leaders and stakeholders.
