Requirements

  • Graduate or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the aggregate industry (advantageous)
  • Driver’s License in good standing
  • Must be able to work in a rotating shift on a 24/7 work schedule
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow direction and specific instructions
  • Good communication skills; Fluent in English - Reading, Writing and Speaking

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to safety policies, programs, procedures
  • Perform daily checks before the start of each shift
  • Operate Front End Loader
  • Perform routine maintenance on loader and plant equipment, such as lubricating, fueling, inspecting, and cleaning as required
  • Stock/pile the material/product at the designated area
  • Receive the material delivered at Ingersoll facility and complete the paperwork and keep & maintain the records
  • Operate equipment in accordance with standard work instruction
  • General housekeeping duties which can include shoveling of material
  • Additional duties as assigned
