Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CRM Dynamics 365, with a focus on CRM solution design and development
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM
  • Proficiency in CRM customization, configuration, and integration
  • Experience with CRM workflows, data migration, and system integrations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with Agile methodology is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM needs and develop solutions that align with their business goals
  • Design and develop CRM applications, workflows, and integrations, utilizing industry best practices
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions
  • Conduct regular code reviews and performance optimizations to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in end-to-end solution implementation, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM applications
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
