Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CRM Dynamics 365, with a focus on CRM solution design and development
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CRM
Proficiency in CRM customization, configuration, and integration
Experience with CRM workflows, data migration, and system integrations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
Certification in CRM platforms is preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM needs and develop solutions that align with their business goals
Design and develop CRM applications, workflows, and integrations, utilizing industry best practices
Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality CRM solutions
Conduct regular code reviews and performance optimizations to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness
Participate in end-to-end solution implementation, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment
Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM solutions
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM applications
Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
