Requirements

Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or similar CRM systems
Knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or native integrations
Experience using project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello)
Strong logical thinking and understanding of if/then workflow logic
Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
Ability to work EST hours Mon-Fri from 9am to 6pm EST (15:00 to midnight South African time, subject to daylight savings changes)
Ability to work on both South African and US public holidays
Fixed fibre line with minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet connection
Reliable power backup solution to manage load shedding and power outages

Responsibilities

Build and maintain automations within HubSpot and related tools
Connect HubSpot with 3rd-party platforms via Zapier, Make (Integromat), or API connections
Create and manage task and project workflows in Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools
Understand and document business processes to translate them into automation logic
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper flow between integrated systems
Test, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows for efficiency
Collaborate remotely with the U.S.-based team and provide proactive suggestions for improvement
