Requirements
- Minimum of a master’s qualification as a Psychologist/Counsellor or equivalent
- Registration with specific psychological/counselling board (e.g., AHPRA, AASW, PACFA, ACA, ARCAP)
- Minimum of 2 years working experience with trauma and critical incidents
- Ability to demonstrate excellent understanding of trauma and disruptive events theory and paradigms
- Computer literacy and ability to type fast
- Well versed with Google; advantage in using Salesforce and Zendesk
- Strong and reliable power and Wi-Fi connection for remote work
- Flexibility to work outside normal hours, public holidays, weekends (every 4-6 weeks), and support global meetings
- Experience working across multiple countries/globally valued
Responsibilities
- Provide first point of contact for custodians requiring critical incident support
- Engage with global subsidiaries and partners for review, approval, and support of CI provision
- Accurately capture all case information in the database for clinical management
- Request and manage CI costing from subsidiaries/partners; ensure quotes provided to customers for approval
- Provide onsite and/or virtual CI support to customers in Australia as needed
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of CI and disruptive event services
- Engage with Client Services and Customers in formal/ad hoc meetings to ensure comprehensive understanding of services
- Create client protocols and relevant documentation with Client Services and Marketing team
