Requirements

  • Minimum of a master’s qualification as a Psychologist/Counsellor or equivalent
  • Registration with specific psychological/counselling board (e.g., AHPRA, AASW, PACFA, ACA, ARCAP)
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience with trauma and critical incidents
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent understanding of trauma and disruptive events theory and paradigms
  • Computer literacy and ability to type fast
  • Well versed with Google; advantage in using Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Strong and reliable power and Wi-Fi connection for remote work
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours, public holidays, weekends (every 4-6 weeks), and support global meetings
  • Experience working across multiple countries/globally valued

Responsibilities

  • Provide first point of contact for custodians requiring critical incident support
  • Engage with global subsidiaries and partners for review, approval, and support of CI provision
  • Accurately capture all case information in the database for clinical management
  • Request and manage CI costing from subsidiaries/partners; ensure quotes provided to customers for approval
  • Provide onsite and/or virtual CI support to customers in Australia as needed
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of CI and disruptive event services
  • Engage with Client Services and Customers in formal/ad hoc meetings to ensure comprehensive understanding of services
  • Create client protocols and relevant documentation with Client Services and Marketing team
