Requirements

Minimum 1-year professional experience in a similar position (Credit, Customer Service, AML)
Basic knowledge of KYC/AML regulations
Bachelor’s degree in economics, law, finance or similar
Fluent Romanian and upper-intermediate English
Ability to recognize risks and ask the right questions to expose risks
High attention to details and accuracy
Good command of Excel and Word

Responsibilities

Periodic review of the existing clients (incl. monitoring of expiry of identification documents; Identification of UBOs and consultation with UBO registry, Bridger alerts management)
Collaborating with the Compliance Risk Consultant on AML related activities
Support of ongoing transactional monitoring activities (identification of third-party payments, early buyouts)
Management of reminders in the event of no response from the customer on KYC refresh
Initiate the daily screening process and manage the alerts (temporarily until this process gets automated)
Execution of anti-money laundering due diligence process during customer onboarding
Verification of Know Your Customer (“KYC”) information
Identification of UBOs and consultation with UBO registry
Support in credit analysis of simple transactions
