Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Prior experience in healthcare staffing is preferred, along with familiarity with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

The Credentialing Consultant will pre-complete facility paperwork using various data sources, support both clients and candidates throughout the credentialing process, proactively anticipating needs and avoiding delays, organize and review completed credentialing applications for accuracy and completeness, verify education, training, licensure, certifications, and board credentials as required, collect supporting documents such as case logs, peer references, and work history verifications, submit credentialing files to client contacts for final approval, track and document client-specific credentialing processes, deadlines, and approval methods, maintain awareness of where tasks stand within each credentialing workflow and provide timely, detailed updates, and partner with internal teams and clients to ensure providers stay active and compliant beyond initial onboarding.
