The pay is $20-$31/hour based on experience, with a $4k Sign-On Bonus for licensed individuals, Shift Differential/Premium Rate based on day of the week, location, and tenure, and a Team-Based Profit Sharing Bonus.
This is an on-site position in Alexandria as a float role, with full-time hours of 30-40 hrs/week on a rotating schedule of 10 hr shifts.
The role requires being a credentialed/licensed veterinary technician with skills in patient handling and husbandry, client education, surgical/dental nursing and anesthesia management, diagnostic management, medication administration, and emergency triage and response.
The team has a supportive spirit where individuals help each other grow, learn, and accomplish goals both personally and professionally, with collaboration alongside veterinarians, nurses, medical leadership, and on-staff specialists.
Strong candidates are licensed veterinary technicians with experience in patient care, surgery, dental procedures, diagnostics, and emergencies, who are eager to grow their skills through CE events, mentorship, and innovative technologies.
