They must possess over 3 years of experience running creator programs, preferably in a digital or social tech environment, and have strong experience in developing scalable creator engagement strategies that drive community loyalty and advocacy.
The Creator Program Lead will develop and execute a comprehensive creator program strategy that cultivates long-term relationships between Cantina and its creator community. They will work with the Creator Manager to identify, recruit, and nurture high-potential creators who align with Cantina’s brand vision. This role involves providing creators with the tools and support needed to build cutting-edge AI media, driving consistent engagement with value-driven incentives, and maintaining direct relationships with top-tier creators and influencers. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to align creator strategies with broader company objectives, stay ahead of content trends across major social media platforms, and develop and track key performance indicators to measure program success.
