Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify creators who align with strategic categories, audience segments, and partnership goals
  • Monitor platforms like YouTube, TikTok and Instagram to surface relevant talent and content trends
  • Compile data on creators (audience size, engagement, category fit, etc.)
  • Maintain tracking docs for prospecting, delivery pipelines and performance
  • Support presentation development and internal strategy decks
  • Manage team calendar and coordinate with internal stakeholders across Content Acquisition, Legal, Marketing, Product and external partners
  • Participate in cross-functional syncs with marketing, content, comms, product, and other teams as needed
  • Support process improvements that streamline creator partnership workflows
