Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a creative or agency environment
2+ years of leadership or people management experience
Strong knowledge of AI, automation tools, and workflow optimization
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage high-priority customers and escalations
Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

Mentor, coach, and support CPMs to enhance their skills and ensure alignment with company values
Use data-driven insights to track individual and team progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
Ensure even workload distribution, prevent burnout, and proactively plan for PTO coverage
Set clear performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, and ensure continuous learning opportunities for CPMs
Guide the team through organizational updates, new processes, and strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions
Monitor utilization rates, AI adoption, customer satisfaction, and service level adherence to drive continuous improvement
Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and maintaining high creative standards
Address potential project issues before they escalate, ensuring minimal disruptions to deadlines or quality
Build trust with clients, communicate effectively, and balance customer satisfaction with internal resource management
Work closely with Account Executives (AEs), Creative Leads (CLs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to align on business objectives
Keep a high-level view of all ongoing projects, ensuring operational efficiency and identifying areas for improvement
Provide hands-on support, oversee critical project milestones, and remove roadblocks for the team
Encourage and implement AI-driven solutions where applicable, ensuring increased efficiency without compromising quality
