Bachelor or master in a financial direction
Minimum 10 years experience in a broad financial role
Data-driven with knowledge of BI tooling
Experience with debtor management and customer contact
Good command of Dutch and English (reading, writing, speaking)

Responsibilities

Part of the Country Management Team, responsible for financial policy
Optimizing financial processes
Providing strategic insights for further growth
Managing the debtors process
Preparing, analyzing, and monitoring the annual budget and forecasts
Preparing financial reports and management information, including scenario analysis
Monitoring cost structures and margins
Business partnering: Advising management on financial risks and opportunities
Project support: Financial guidance for projects and evaluation of business cases and ROI calculations
Driving improvement of financial performance, increasing efficiency, and creating support within the organization
Coaching and inspiring the team
